Terms of Service

Welcome to Veliss, a mobile application operated by FOUR PIONEERS PTE. LTD. (“Veliss,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Veliss mobile app, website, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using Veliss, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

  1. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old to use Veliss. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws.

  1. Account and Access
    2.1 Account Registration
    Some features of Veliss require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at Veliss@frper.com.
    2.2 Account Termination
    You may delete your account at any time through in-app settings.
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  1. License to Use Veliss
    Veliss grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not sell, license, distribute, or modify Veliss or its content.
    You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service;

  • Circumvent security or usage restrictions;

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, obscene, or infringing;

  • Use Veliss to build or train competing products.

  1. User Content
    4.1 User Content Responsibility
    You may upload photos, videos, or other content to use Veliss’s features. You are solely responsible for your uploaded content and agree that:

  • You own or have the rights to all uploaded materials;

  • Your content does not violate the rights or privacy of others;

  • You will not upload content that contains nudity, sexual material, hate speech, or illegal activity.
    Veliss reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

  1. Virtual Currency and Payments
    Veliss offers in-app virtual currency (“Coins”) that can be purchased to access premium features.

  • Coins are virtual items with no real-world value.

  • Coins cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn.

  • Purchases are processed through App Store or Google Play, according to their payment terms.

  • Once purchased, Coins are added instantly to your account.

  • Unused or consumed Coins are non-refundable.
    Veliss may change pricing, coin bundles, or promotions at any time without notice.

  1. Refunds & Returns Policy
    At Veliss, we strive to ensure that you have a smooth experience while using our platform. However, due to the nature of our digital services, all purchases are generally final. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains when refunds may be provided and outlines the conditions for requesting a refund.
    6.1 Digital Goods (Consumables)
    Veliss offers virtual goods, such as coins, credits, or in-app purchases, which are non-refundable once delivered to your account.

  • Once these items are used, they are considered consumed and cannot be refunded.

  • Unused items are also generally non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases of technical failure (see section 4).
    6.2 Subscriptions
    For subscription-based services, including VIP memberships or premium features:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of a subscription.

  • Refund requests for subscriptions must be made through the platform provider (e.g., App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their policies.
    6.3 Accidental Purchases
    If you believe a purchase was made by mistake, please contact us immediately at Veliss@frper.com.

  • We will assist you in reviewing the situation, but refunds are subject to the platform provider’s policies and may not be guaranteed.

  • Unauthorized or accidental purchases may lead to account suspension if deemed necessary.
    6.4 Technical Issues
    If you experience technical issues, such as purchased items not being delivered or features not being activated:

  • Please contact [Support Email] with your transaction details.

  • We will work to resolve the issue and may assist you in contacting the platform provider for a potential refund if necessary.
    6.5 Chargebacks
    Initiating a chargeback may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account.

  • Loss of access to any purchased items or features.
    Please contact us before initiating a chargeback to resolve any issues directly.
    6.6 No Real-World Value
    All virtual items available on Veliss:

  • Have no real-world monetary value.

  • Cannot be redeemed, sold, or transferred for cash or any other form outside of Veliss.
    6.7 Platform-Based Refund Handling
    All purchases are processed by third-party platforms (e.g., App Store or Google Play). Veliss does not control these platforms’ refund policies, and refunds must be processed directly through them.
    6.8 Abuse and Fraud Prevention
    We monitor all accounts for abuse, including excessive refund requests. Accounts engaging in fraud, refund abuse, or misuse of the system may be restricted or permanently banned from using Veliss.
    6.9 Changes to This Policy
    Veliss reserves the right to update this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted in this section of the User Agreement and will take effect immediately upon publication.

  1. Acceptable Use Policy
    You agree to use Veliss responsibly and not to:

  • Upload or generate content containing nudity, hate symbols, or violence;

  • Misrepresent yourself or others;

  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward others.
    Violation of these rules may result in suspension, removal of content, or permanent account termination.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights
    All intellectual property in Veliss, including the app design, interface, graphics, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by FOUR PIONEERS PTE. LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Veliss without our written permission.

  1. Feedback and Suggestions
    If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions to Veliss, you grant FOUR PIONEERS PTE. LTD. a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and implement them for any purpose without obligation or compensation.

  1. Disclaimers
    Veliss is provided "as is" and “as available.” We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the service.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOUR PIONEERS PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Any loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
    In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to use Veliss in the preceding six (6) months.

  1. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOUR PIONEERS PTE. LTD., its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your:

  • Use of the Service;

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

  1. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to Veliss at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
    Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in Singapore.

  1. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect once posted within the app or on our official website. Continued use of Veliss after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
