Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments, in-app purchases, and virtual currency transactions are handled in the Veliss mobile application (“Veliss,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by FOUR PIONEERS PTE. LTD. By making a purchase or using any paid feature in Veliss, you agree to this Policy and the Veliss Terms of Service.


  1. Overview

Veliss provides access to AI-powered features through a system of virtual coins (“Coins”) and other premium services (“Paid Features”). Coins can be purchased through App Store or Google Play, depending on your device, and allow users to unlock additional AI generation options, styles, or functionality.

Coins are not real money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for monetary compensation.


  1. Payment Methods

All payments for in-app purchases are processed through the official payment systems of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. Veliss does not collect or store your credit card or payment details directly.

Upon successful purchase, your Coins or Paid Features will be added to your account balance instantly. If you experience any delay, please contact our support team at Veliss@frper.com.


  1. Virtual Currency (Coins)

  • Coins are virtual items used within Veliss to access certain premium features, such as AI photo generation or unlocking special content.

  • Coins do not represent any real-world currency and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or resold.

  • Once purchased, Coins are added immediately to your in-app wallet and are available for use at any time.

  • Coins do not expire, but they are only accessible through an active Veliss account. If your account is deleted or suspended, unused Coins may be forfeited.


  1. Pricing and Taxes

All prices for Coins and Paid Features are displayed in your local currency (as determined by App Store or Google Play) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices and promotional offers may vary depending on region, platform, or currency exchange rates.

Veliss reserves the right to adjust prices, bundles, or special offers at any time without notice.


  1. Refund Policy

5.1 General Rule

All purchases made within Veliss are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this Policy.

5.2 Failed Generation Refunds

If an AI generation fails due to a technical error or system interruption, Veliss will automatically refund the equivalent amount of Coins used for that generation. Refunds are processed within the app and appear immediately as restored Coins in your balance.

5.3 Store-Based Refunds

Refund requests for payments processed through the App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective refund policies.

To request a refund through your platform:

  • Apple users: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

  • Google users: Visit play.google.com and navigate to “Order History”

Veliss cannot directly process refunds for purchases completed through those third-party platforms.


  1. Unauthorized or Accidental Purchases

If you believe your account has been used for unauthorized or accidental purchases, please contact us immediately at Veliss@frper.com. We will assist you in verifying the transaction, but refunds for such cases must follow the App Store or Google Play refund process.

To prevent accidental purchases, you can enable device-level purchase authentication or parental controls within your platform settings.


  1. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If Veliss introduces subscription-based services in the future:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You can cancel or manage subscriptions via App Store or Google Play account settings.

  • Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided.


  1. Account Deletion and Forfeiture

If you delete your Veliss account voluntarily or your account is terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service, you acknowledge that all unused Coins, AI Creations, or Paid Features may be permanently deleted and are not eligible for refund or recovery.


  1. Disputes and Chargebacks

Attempting to dispute valid transactions or filing false chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action. Please contact Veliss@frper.com first to resolve any billing issue before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.


  1. Policy Changes

We may modify this Policy from time to time.

Changes will take effect when posted within the app or on our website.

Continued use of Veliss after updates means you agree to the revised version.
