Veliss Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
Veliss is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
This Child Safety Standards Policy establishes our standards for preventing, identifying, reporting, and responding to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, and other forms of abuse or exploitation involving minors.
Veliss has an age restriction of 18 years and older. Our services are not designed for or directed toward children, and individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Veliss.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation and will take appropriate action against any user, content, or activity that violates this policy.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must not use Veliss to create, upload, generate, request, distribute, promote, store, or otherwise facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Creating, uploading, possessing, requesting, sharing, distributing, or facilitating access to sexual abuse material involving minors.
Child Sexual Exploitation: Sexual exploitation of minors in any form, including commercial exploitation, coercion, trafficking, or the solicitation of sexual activity involving minors.
Grooming and Predatory Behavior: Establishing or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors for sexual purposes, including manipulation, coercion, or attempts to arrange sexual encounters.
Sexualization of Minors: Creating, generating, requesting, or distributing sexualized imagery or other sexual content depicting or involving minors, including AI-generated, manipulated, or synthetic content.
Sexual Solicitation of Minors: Requesting sexual images, videos, personal information, or sexual interactions from minors, or encouraging minors to engage in sexual activities.
Facilitation and Promotion: Encouraging, promoting, organizing, or providing instructions, resources, or services that facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Any content or conduct that violates applicable child protection laws or this policy is prohibited, whether it is real, digitally altered, AI-generated, or otherwise simulated.
3. Age Restrictions and Protection of Minors
Veliss is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older.
Users must provide accurate age-related information and must not misrepresent their age to access the Service.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected underage use and take appropriate action, including restricting access, suspending or terminating accounts, and deleting associated personal information where appropriate and legally permitted.
If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take appropriate steps to prevent further access to Veliss and handle the user's personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Parents and legal guardians who believe a minor has accessed Veliss or whose personal information may have been collected through the Service may contact us using the information provided in Section 7.
4. Reporting and Handling Child Safety Concerns
Veliss encourages users to report suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or other child safety violations.
Users may submit reports through available in-app reporting tools or contact our support team directly at Veliss@frper.com.
When submitting a report, users should provide relevant details, such as the reported account, content, activity, and the reason for concern. Users should not download, redistribute, or forward suspected CSAM as part of a report.
We will review child safety reports promptly and take appropriate action based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, actions may include:
Removing or restricting access to violating content.
Suspending or permanently terminating accounts involved in abuse or exploitation.
Investigating related accounts or activities where appropriate.
Preserving relevant information when legally required or necessary for a lawful investigation.
Reporting suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to the appropriate authorities or designated child protection organizations when required by law or otherwise appropriate.
Cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection authorities.
We prohibit retaliation against users who make good-faith child safety reports. Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may themselves result in enforcement action.
5. Prevention, Detection, and Enforcement
Veliss is committed to taking reasonable and appropriate measures to prevent the Service from being used to facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Our child safety approach includes establishing and enforcing clear behavioral standards, reviewing reports and relevant safety concerns, and taking appropriate action against confirmed or reasonably suspected violations.
Where appropriate and available, we may use automated tools, manual review, or other proportionate measures to identify and assess potentially harmful content or behavior.
We may restrict access to content or accounts while investigating credible safety concerns. Enforcement decisions will take into account the nature of the suspected violation, the available evidence, applicable legal requirements, and the need to protect minors.
We will review and update our child safety practices as necessary to address emerging risks, changes in applicable law, and relevant platform requirements.
6. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Veliss is committed to complying with applicable child protection and online safety laws, including relevant requirements concerning child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation.
Where required by applicable law, we will report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to the appropriate authorities or designated reporting organizations and cooperate with lawful investigations.
We will also take appropriate measures to protect personal information associated with child safety reports and investigations, subject to applicable legal obligations.
This Policy should be read together with the Veliss Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If any provision conflicts with applicable law, the applicable legal requirements will prevail.

8. Policy Updates
We may update this Child Safety Standards Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, safety practices, applicable laws, or platform requirements.
Any revised version will be published on our official website with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
