AI Usage Agreement

This AI Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the artificial intelligence (“AI”) features available within the Veliss application (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using any AI functionality in Veliss, you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Agreement, in addition to the Veliss Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.


  1. Purpose of AI Features

Veliss provides AI-powered tools that allow users to upload images and generate new visual outputs (“AI Creations”). These features are designed for personal, creative, and entertainment purposes only. They must not be used for any commercial, defamatory, or illegal activity.


  1. User Responsibilities

By using Veliss AI features, you agree that:

  1. You own or have full rights to the photos you upload.

  2. You will not upload any image that:

    • Contains nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material;

    • Depicts violence, hate symbols, or illegal activity;

    • Includes another person’s likeness without their consent;

    • Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

  3. You are solely responsible for any content you generate, share, or store using AI features.

Veliss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine that you have violated these terms.


  1. Ownership of AI Creations

  • The AI-generated images (“AI Creations”) are produced automatically based on your input.

  • You retain rights to your original uploaded content.

  • Veliss grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use, share, or save your AI Creations.

  • Veliss may retain temporary copies of your uploads for technical processing but does not claim ownership of your results.


  1. Limitations and Disclaimer

  • AI results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, realistic, or appropriate.

  • Veliss does not guarantee the factual accuracy, quality, or likeness of any AI-generated image.

  • You understand that AI Creations may include visual or stylistic artifacts inherent to AI processing.

  • Veliss is not responsible for any consequences arising from how users use or share AI-generated content.


  1. Data Processing and Deletion

  • Uploaded photos are processed only to generate AI Creations and are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

  • AI Creations are stored locally in your “My Creations” page and can be deleted by you at any time.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use AI features to:

  • Generate or distribute harmful, obscene, or discriminatory material;

  • Create deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading content;

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights;

  • Train or assist in the development of external AI models.


  1. Modifications

Veliss may update or change this Agreement at any time. Continued use of AI features after updates means you accept the revised terms.
